To join our team in August 2025, we are seeking a forward thinking and innovative Head of Languages ready to lead a strong team. Beauchamp College is an outstanding secondary school based in south Leicestershire and in addition to delivering KS3 and KS4 Languages it has a thriving and popular A Level Languages provision.
The department currently consists of nine teachers who work closely together to deliver great student outcomes. All students study Languages at KS3 and then opt to take GCSE Spanish, French or Mandrin at KS4. We also offer A level Languages which attracts strong student numbers.
We are looking to appoint someone who can lead by example, is an excellent and enthusiastic teacher and is confident they are able to deliver high quality lessons. The desire to share good practice with the team and a can-do attitude is essential.
The school offers ongoing professional development opportunities to all staff and career progression based on performance.
