Higher Level Teaching Assistant required as soon as possible in Ofsted rated 'Good' school
Are you an enthusiastic and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a passion for working with children with SEN. Are you looking for a new challenge? We are looking for a HLTA in our Specialist Coin Centre to join our team from September 2024.
Whilst the role will be based in our specialist COIN Centre, the successful candidate could also be expected to work across the whole school

The appointment will be Monday to Friday for 33.75 hours a week, term-time only plus three INSET days a year. The working hours for this role is 8.20am to 3.35pm, including a midday meal and play supervision and half an hour unpaid lunch break. Please note that to apply for this position it is essential that you have HLTA status or Level 3 relevant qualification.
The annual salary for this role is as per PS6 on the Surrey Pay Scale. As this is a term time only role the actual annual salary paid is within the range of £20,047 - £21,998, which is pro-rata of the full time equivalent (FTE) of £29,697to £31,848.
We’re situated less than a mile from both Hersham and Walton-on-Thames train stations, with fast trains into Waterloo taking just 26 minutes.
