Wellesley Park Primary School in Wellington is home to 300 children, including Wellesley Park Explorers.
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding manger to join Explorers Nursery as our Nursery Manager to play a pivotal role in launching an exciting expansion to our early years provision. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of EYFS education in a modern environment designed to inspire exceptional learning and development.
As part of our Early Years expansion, our Nursey will be open five days a week, all year round for children aged 9 months to 5 years.
Level 3 Early Years Education and Childcare qualification or equivalent is essential.
We are looking for:
• A dedicated, hardworking manager who is able to raise and sustain high standards
• Someone who has excellent interpersonal skills with children, staff and parents
• A manager who is able to enthuse and inspire children
• Someone who is able to work as part of a team sharing excellent practice and learning from others.
• A manager to be responsible for the efficient day-to-day running of the Nursery and overall delivery of a high-quality education from children aged 9 months to 5 years.

The post is for 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:30am and 6pm all year. The salary scale is Grade 11 on the School Support Staff Pay Scale £31,586 to £35,235 per annum. The Employer pension contribution is 24.4%.
