Senior Office Administrator

37 hours per week

Somerset Grade 14 (£23,114 - £23,893 FTE – pay award pending)

Term time plus inset days – 39 weeks per year

Actual starting salary £19,588 (pay award pending)

Term: Permanent

Working Time: 8:15am – 4:10pm Monday to Friday (includes an unpaid 30-minute daily lunch break)

Disclosure level: Enhanced

Accountable to: Headteacher / School Business Manager

Liaising with: School Leadership Team, teaching/support staff, individuals, parents/carers, governors

Wellesley Park Primary is seeking to appoint an efficient, forward-thinking Senior office Administrator from September 2024 or sooner. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the main school office and providing administrative support within our school.

This role would suit someone with strong organisational skills who has experience working in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build, and form working relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues and will enjoy working as part of a team.
