Salary: £16,411 to £16,741 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Eastfield Primary School. The Office Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Office Manager in offering excellent customer service to the school and ensuring that the administration of the school runs efficiently and effectively. The Office Administrator is a key position in the school, it is the face of the school and the first impression for all children, parents/carers and visitors that attend the school.
This is a varied role, and the successful candidate will be prepared to work hard and respond positively to the busy day to day school life and be a strong team player.
The ideal candidate will:
• Have good communication and organisational skills
• Have the ability to prioritise workload
• Be a strong team player
• Have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude with a friendly approach
• Be competent in all aspects of IT and keyboard use
• Have excellent customer service skills to ensure a quality service is provided to the school
