Learning Support Assistant - SEN
Fixed Term Contract – until 21st August 2022
21.25 hours per week, 39 weeks a year
Grade 5, Point 7 –8 (£9,262-£9,448)

We seek an enthusiastic, highly motivated and caring SEN Learning Support Assistant to join us at The Gaddesby Primary School on a fixed term basis, initially until August 2022. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
The Learning Support Assistant - SEN will mainly be required to work with an individual child with specific educational needs to provide care and encouragement, supporting them to participate in planned learning activities and to support their physical, intellectual, emotional and social development.
The ideal candidate for the role will be NVQ Level 2 qualified or equivalent with experience of supporting teaching and learning in an educational setting. The ability to take direction from the Class Teacher to ensure all tasks and learning is undertaken within and outside of the classroom will be essential to being successful in this role.
