We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Admin Assistant to join our team to support the Office Manager in leading the administration of the school and providing reception and administrative duties. This is a fixed-term contract for one year to cover a period of maternity leave.
This is a varied role, and the successful candidate will be prepared to work hard and respond positively to the busy day-to-day school life and be a strong team player.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in an administrative role in a school environment and should have good communication and organisational skills. Good organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently are key, and they will also be flexible in their work ethic and willingness to help the rest of the team.
Experience of working in a school office would be desirable but not essential.
