We seek an enthusiastic, committed and imaginative leader to join us at Eastfield Primary School to take it into the future alongside and work in a team that is built on open, honest and real relationships.
We have a new Headteacher, a new Deputy Head Teacher and now need an Assistant Head to complete our team. Our team will be hardworking and driven and built on open, honest, real relationships.
For the right candidate this is an opportunity to join the existing staff and new leadership team in providing inspiring professional leadership and ownership in driving the school forwards.
The successful candidate will possess the passion and imagination to work with the school to lead the academy into the future. We want someone who can enhance the skills and expertise of our current staff team, proactively striving for improvements where opportunities can be identified as well as supporting the nurturing and caring ethos of Eastfield.
We are looking for someone who leads by example and is willing to get stuck in!
