Grade: Grade 5, Pts 7 to 8

Salary: £5,942 to £6,050 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Ratby Primary School. The Before and After School Club Assistant will be responsible for looking after children between the ages of 4 to 11 years old; playing sports, exploring outdoors, engaging in arts and crafts and serving snacks. The individual will be required to work 7:30 to 8:45am Tuesdays and Thursdays; and 3 – 5:30pm Mondays – Thursdays.

This role is suitable for anyone with experience of working with children with the ability to work as part of a small team to support in the preparation and organisation a variety of activity for the children who attend our wraparound care provision.

This role is a rewarding one with a successful candidate having the opportunity to help look after the children with care and sensitivity, responding to their emotional and social needs and managing behaviour positively for the safety and wellbeing of all.
