Start Date: 23rd August 2021
We are seeking an excellent Head Teacher for Church Hill Infant School who will continue the already great work that is taking place. We would like an individual who is ambitious and someone who will have high expectations for all when leading this school.
The Head Teacher will be someone who identifies with our mission and values and someone who will be dedicated to working in partnership with schools and colleagues across the wider Trust.
The successful candidate will possess the drive and imagination to take the school into the future, working closely with the Trust and Local Advisory Board to develop and enhance the skills, expertise and opportunities of a great team of staff.
This is a very exciting time to join our Trust as we move into the next stage of our development where we can offer a wealth of support with collaborative opportunities.
This role is not just about being the Head Teacher, the role is about being an ambassador and an inspiration to children and colleagues. It is about genuinely developing education for the future…
To apply for this position please use the online application form and submit a personal statement with a response to the following questions:
- What do you consider to be the specific challenges of leading an infant school?

We would strongly encourage candidates to arrange an informal meeting either socially distanced or MS Teams and/or a telephone conversation with the Director of Schools and/or the current Head Teacher.
These can be arranged by contacting Dean Pomeroy at Bradgate Education Partnership - contact details are on the attached advert.
Application Closing Date: 12pm, Monday 8th March 2021
