We are looking for a committed and excellent Operations Manager to be part of our team to lead, develop and enhance our support team. You will lead the support functions, HR, Finance, SIte Management and Catering reporting into the Principal.

Clear Reporting: a streamlined internal system (MyConcern) for reporting and tracking concerns with ‘real-time monitoring and response.
Curriculum Integration: teaching children how to stay safe through, for example, PSHE lessons, P4C lessons, online safety, healthy relationships, Rights of the Child assemblies, pupil voice meetings, award assemblies, current affairs discussions, open door policies and daily access to our pastoral and senior leadership teams.
