English Martyrs’ Catholic Primary is a highly respected two-form entry Catholic school providing a good education for all our pupils. A unique opportunity has arisen to appoint an enthusiastic, committed, excellent classroom teacher with a passion for learning and is fully committed to achievement, enjoyment and inclusion.
At English Martyrs’ we believe that learning should be a rewarding, enjoyable and inclusive experience for everyone, therefore the ARP leader will be required to work alongside mainstream school colleagues and external professions, including Local Authority SEND Outreach teams, to make learning real, in order to unlock pupil engagement, stimulate curiosity, and provide deeper thinking.
The ARP leader will have the enthusiasm, flexibility and initiative to organise the teaching and learning for our pupils within the Additional Resources Provision (The Oscar Romero Centre).
English Martyrs strives to wrap children in an atmosphere of care, love and fun. We aim to provide for their moral, social, spiritual and cultural development so that they will have excellent attitudes and relationships. The ARP provides an inclusive environment which celebrates and supports neurodiversity, offering a bespoke curriculum and adapted environment.
You will be expected to make a full contribution to the life of the school following the Catholic ethos.
