Support Assistant Level 4

• FTE Salary: £29,064 to £31,022 Actual Salary: £25,599 to £27,323 per annum

• Working pattern: 37 hours per week, Term Time + 10 Days

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Support Assistant (Level 4) who is a professional, conscientious, reliable individual; someone who will establish an excellent rapport with our students and have high expectations that encourage them to fulfil their potential. You must be a confident communicator and feel passionately about making a difference in the lives of young people.

The Support Assistant (Level 4) will prepare and deliver learning activities for whole classes and groups; monitoring, assessing, recording and reporting on pupils’ achievement, progress and development. They will run interventions and oversee and supervise group work of pupils undertaken by learning support assistants. They will also provide support for the SEND department and assist the SENDCO with clerical and administrative work as required.
