St Cuthbert’s Catholic High School is seeking to appoint an exceptional Business Studies teacher to join our ambitious department. This is an exciting moment for the team as we embark on the next phase of our development under the leadership of our newly appointed Head of Department.
The successful candidate will join a successful and supportive department committed to nurturing a deep understanding of business and fostering a genuine enthusiasm for the subject. Our aim is to ensure every pupil develops strong conceptual knowledge alongside the analytical and evaluative skills required to succeed as reflective, confident learners.
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic teacher who brings Business Studies to life—linking learning to real-world contexts, current events, and the world our pupils will soon enter. You will be someone who keeps abreast of developments in business education and pedagogy, continually refining your own practice and contributing to the ongoing development of the department. Above all, you will share our mission of helping our boys grow not only academically, but as young men ready to take their place in society.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, aspirational department within an impressive all-boys Catholic school that has maintained a reputation for educational excellence for over a century. We welcome applications from newly qualified teachers, early career teachers, and experienced practitioners seeking a new challenge within a vibrant and forward-thinking team.
Application forms and further information are available by following the link on our website for submission by 9.00am Monday 16th March 2026.
All applications should be made online via our online recruitment portal. Interviews will be held on a date to be confirmed.
