The Governors are seeking to appoint a Leader for Music with responsibility within Performing Arts. This is a full time permanent post from 1st September 2024. A TLR is allocated to this post: TLR 2a

The role will require an enthusiastic professional teacher who is resourceful, well organised with good classroom management skills. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a vision, technical skill with a focus on Music and expertise to support the leader of this school’s high achieving Performing Arts department. The successful candidate will have experience of teaching and leading in the area of Music from age 11-18. They will have the skill and expertise to provide challenge and opportunity for pupils of all abilities to develop wider skills in lessons and within extracurricular activities. The teacher will be committed to core values and visions of the school and will have a desire to improve pupil achievement at all levels. This post will provide an excellent opportunity to develop experience in a dynamic and forward thinking environment.
