Exciting opportunity to join our school from September 2025.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced teaching assistant for the new academic year to work primarily in KS2 but also with strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.  You will be supported by a passionate team of teachers in an inclusive, engaging environment where children love to learn.

Badbury Park Primary School moved into a state-of-the-art new building in November 2020 .We are passionate about outdoor learning, education for social responsibility and forest school and we have wonderful green spaces to bring the curriculum alive. We have engaged, happy learners in beautiful, authentic learning spaces with carefully chosen versatile resources that provoke creativity, curiosity, and concentration. The school building is spacious, and purpose built with the latest technology including an immersive room, VR headsets, coding robots and a 3D printer.

  • Have experience of working in both a KS1 and KS2 setting
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with pupils, parents and other staff

  • Be adaptable to support the growth of our new school
  • Have excellent organisation and time management skills

The hours of work will be Monday-Friday 08.30-3.15pm (31.25 paid hours per week) term time only plus teacher training days.
