Upper School English Teacher and Form Tutor required for September 2021

Sherborne House is seeking to appoint an energetic and committed full-time teacher who would like to join our happy and very successful prep school for children aged 3 – 11. The teacher recruited will be a Form Tutor of an Upper School form, teaching English. The successful candidate must hold a relevant degree or equivalent and have QTS.

We are looking for a teacher who is:

● Confident and knowledgeable in the teaching of English

● Highly self-motivated and committed with high expectations and standards for themselves and their children

● Creative and innovative and able to demonstrate excellent classroom practice

● A team player with a great sense of humour and good communication skills
