Hours: 6.25 per week (Monday β Friday, 12pm β 1.15pm) Term time only (excluding INSETs)

The Role
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and cheerful lunchbreak supervisor. Working Monday to Friday 12pm β 1.15pm, you will be joining a friendly and hard-working team who ensure the safety and positive behaviour of pupils during their lunchbreak.
The successful candidate will:
β’ Be passionate about making a difference to all children
β’ Demonstrate strong pupil management skills, ensuring that lunchtimes are calm
β’ Build strong, positive relationships with colleagues, children, and families
β’ Previous experience of working with, or supporting, children
β’ A positive, cheerful attitude
β’ Good communication skills
β’ Ability to work flexibly, and collaboratively within a team
β’ Ability to use initiative and work independently
β’ To work calmly under pressure
