LBS Salary: Grade 13 Β£24,796 FTE per annum (pro rata) actual salary Β£3,510.31 

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 6.25 per week (Monday – Friday, 12pm – 1.15pm) Term time only (excluding INSETs)

The Role

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and cheerful lunchbreak supervisor. Working Monday to Friday 12pm – 1.15pm, you will be joining a friendly and hard-working team who ensure the safety and positive behaviour of pupils during their lunchbreak.

The successful candidate will:

β€’ Be passionate about making a difference to all children

β€’ Demonstrate strong pupil management skills, ensuring that lunchtimes are calm

β€’ Build strong, positive relationships with colleagues, children, and families

β€’ Previous experience of working with, or supporting, children

β€’ A positive, cheerful attitude

β€’ Good communication skills

β€’ Ability to work flexibly, and collaboratively within a team

β€’ Ability to use initiative and work independently

β€’ To work calmly under pressure
