We are seeking someone who is passionate about customer service and enjoys working with people involved in sport and the arts. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships with new and existing long-term hirers across a number of school sites. You will possess excellent organisational and administrative skills. An understanding of quality assurance and experience of delivering high quality services to internal and external customers is essential for the role.
You will be based at the Trust’s Leicester Forest Hub office based within Braunstone Frith Primary School working alongside a team of Trust staff. You will be supported with a thorough induction and training programme to enable you to build an understanding of the day to day lettings that take place across Leicester Forest Hub schools.
The successful candidate will be a team player who can contribute to a friendly and supportive working environment.
The Trust has recently centralised its Finance and HR teams and is located at Braunstone Frith Primary School, Cuffling Drive, Braunstone, Leicester, LE3 6NF
