This is a very important role within the school as it will support the current Learning Support Team at our Specialist ASD Centre at Brecon High school, to continue to provide important provision opportunities for a range of pupils. Experience of working with pupils with autism and/or challenging behaviour would be an advantage, however not essential. The ability to build and form positive relationships with pupils with a range of needs as well as having excellent communication schools is desired. You will become part of a committed team of staff that work very collaboratively to support pupils in a range of ways. Any required support and training will be provided by the school upon appointment.
The school has a website and prospective applicants are welcome to view this and learn more about the school. If you would like to arrange an informal discussion prior to application, please contact the school at your earliest convenience.
