Bridge Farm Primary School wish to appoint a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a named pupil either in or out of the classroom and at playtimes. We would want to appoint a flexible and dedicated professional with classroom experience.

The role is 32.5 hours per week, term time only.

We are looking for a flexible and dedicated Teaching Assistant who possesses:

A variety of communication skills to respond to the needs of children.

• Empathy and understanding children's individual learning abilities.

• Knowledge, understanding and experience of working with children who have communication and interaction difficulties.

• An understanding of the National Curriculum for KS1 and KS2

• Patience and a good sense of humour

• Flexibility

• Willing to go the extra mile for the children in their care.

• Demonstrates a passion for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of our school community.

• Aligns with our trust-wide values by bringing a positive, collaborative approach to their work and a willingness to continuously develop professionally.
