Bridge Learning Campus has an exciting opportunity for a skilled, driven senior leader with a proven track record of improving outcomes for pupils and who is ready to take strategic responsibility for the outcomes, progress and development of our KS3 pupils. Bridge Learning Campus is a popular all-through academy in South Bristol, oversubscribed in almost all year groups from Reception to Year 11. You will take on and shape this new dedicated responsibility at our school, joining an established team who work hard together to transform the life opportunities for our pupils.

Job Purpose:
- Under the guidance of the Deputy Headteacher establish and maintain high standards of academic and pastoral support so that all Key Stage 3 pupils engage fully in their education and make good progress in their academic and personal development, especially those who have experienced disadvantage.
- Implement an effective assessment strategy that establishes a secure baseline of aptitude on entry and enables middle and senior
- Lead the strategic improvement plan for the personal development curriculum and our culture of equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging across the campus, engaging teachers and the pastoral teams in this commitment to inclusive practice.
- Establish a comprehensive and effective transition programme for children joining Year 7 each academic year, minimising the impact that this transition can have on their academic progress.
