Hours: Thursday & Friday, 13 hours per week (8:15am to 3:15pm), term time only plus insets.

Bridge Learning Campus currently have an exciting opportunity for a skilled, enthusiastic and supportive colleague to join our thriving and vibrant Nursery and team. Key responsibilities:
- Support children in Nursery
- Work with the teacher to create stimulating classroom displays and learning resources
- Maintain a safe and positive environment for all learners
- Create opportunities for all learners to reach their potential, irrespective of ability
Job Purpose:
To work under the instruction and guidance of teaching staff to assist with teaching and learning and associated activities. This may include: assisting with planning, delivery and evaluation of learning activities; supporting of whole class; working with individuals and small groups of pupils.
Job requirements
- Two years’ experience in a learning or childcare setting or another relevant field
- 5 GCSE's at Grade C/Level 4 or above or equivalent including Maths and English
- NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent i.e A Levels
- Communication skills to promote and develop effective working with children, colleagues and carers/agencies at an appropriate level to achieve understanding and constructive response
- Commitment to the welfare and safeguarding of all children
- Understanding of how different children develop and learn and the experience to identify and apply appropriate processes to achieve progression
- Ability to enthuse, inspire and motive children
