The governors of Maes yr Haul Primary School are looking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and creative middle-leader, who can join our effective school team to further support our school improvement journey through this exciting new opportunity.
We want to employ an outstanding professional with a strong dedication to working as part of our team and promoting our school values – “be kind, be collaborative, be responsible, be resilient”.
The successful candidate will work as part of a supportive, collaborative and forward-thinking wider leadership team. They will demonstrate a strong commitment to ensuring the best outcomes for learners of all dispositions and backgrounds, ensuring equity for all.
We would like to find someone who:
Is an outstanding and passionate classroom practitioner, who is willing to share and model excellent practice;
Is committed to raising standards of attainment and support positive wellbeing for everyone in our school community;
Is passionate about education and has the commitment and drive to develop a whole-school curriculum, assessment & attendance, which enables children to be motivated and successful in their learning;
Has excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to enthuse, lead and work with the Maes yr Haul team
Has the personality, drive and energy to support the Headteacher, Deputy Head and governors in leading and managing the school;
Is able to meet the challenges of school life with enthusiasm, positivity and efficiency
Can take on projects, drive them forward & see them through to a successful conclusion.
