At Maesteg Comprehensive School, we have a new position open for an Administrative Assistant for Post 16 to join a friendly administrative team, providing an efficient point of contact within our reception.

Job overview

You’ll be responsible for all aspects of Post 16 Administration as well as general clerical and administrative support and maintaining school records.

Job requirements

 • Minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy

 • Ability to prioritise tasks on a day-to-day basis

 • Experience of using information management systems and strong IT skills

 • A high level of verbal and written communication standards

 • Proven ability to show reliability and to work to meet key deadlines
