The Governors of Pencoed Primary School wish to appoint a highly motivated, inspiring teacher who is committed to making a positive difference within our school community. This is an opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of children with diverse learning needs.
We are looking for an ALN teacher who develops highly effective relationships with all members of the school community and who demonstrates unwavering commitment to providing the best possible learning opportunities for all.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a strong commitment to inclusion, excellent classroom practice and be passionate, ambitious, self-reflective and enthusiastic to contribute to our happy, successful and inclusive school community. They will be committed to engaging with families and contributing to our school’s extensive family engagement work. They will provide children with inspiring learning experiences and will foster an inclusive and nurturing learning environment where all pupils can thrive.
