Curriculum Support Worker – Health & Wellbeing

Grade 7 – £21,511-£22,220 (pay award pending)

Temporary – 32.5hrs week / Term Time

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our school in supporting pupils to achieve their full potential within a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by supporting pupils who require targeted intervention and enrichment activities to help them thrive. The role focuses on delivering a range of supportive strategies designed to regulate, engage, and empower learners.

We are particularly committed to offering diverse and innovative approaches to intervention, including trauma-informed practice, art therapy, outdoor learning, and sport. All of these approaches are centred on improving pupil wellbeing, building resilience, and enabling young people to succeed both academically and personally.

It is important for us to recruit an individual who is:

• Able to work collaboratively with staff, pupils, and families are essential.
