Pupil Wellbeing Officer
8:30am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday, 32 1/2 hours per week
Grade 8, £31,537 - £32,597 (x75.21% Pro rata), Term Time Only
To provide coordinated, high-quality pastoral, wellbeing, and targeted intervention support for pupils, with a particular focus on vulnerable groups. The role combines direct therapeutic and relational intervention work with strategic oversight to ensure pupils feel safe, supported, and able to fully access education and achieve positive academic and personal outcomes.
The post holder will adopt a trauma-informed, relational approach, embedding best practice in all interactions and supporting the wider school to develop inclusive, responsive systems that remove barriers to learning.
