05.00am - 09.00am and 14.30pm - 18.00pm (17.30pm on Friday)
The Governing Body of Brynmenyn Primary School is seeking to appoint a hardworking, organised and reliable Senior Premises Officer to work as part of a friendly, hard-working team.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent self-management skills, a strong awareness of health and safety and have the ability to supervise a team of cleaning staff.
We are looking for someone who is committed to the provision of maintenance and security on our school site. We require someone who is able to build strong professional relationships with staff, parents and children and is dedicated to ensuring that our school is a clean and orderly working environment.
The successful candidate will have health and safety responsibilities including maintaining the school building and grounds in a safe condition and working in a safe manner.
As part of these duties there will be a requirement to carry out and record essential periodic health and safety checks and undertake maintenance/DIY as required.
We are looking for a colleague who is enthusiastic and motivated. A willingness to be an integral part of our hard-working team is essential as the successful candidate will play an integral role within the school and contribute to the ethos and aims of the school.
