Specialist Teacher - Cognition and Learning

32.5 hours per week
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic teacher with a real passion for, and commitment to, the education of children with cognition and learning needs, who wants to make a difference in the lives of children and young people.
This position presents an exciting opportunity for a candidate experienced in working with children who have cognitive and learning needs, as well as additional learning needs.
The main purpose of the role is to contribute to the educational inclusion of children and young people with additional learning needs, cognition and learning needs across all phases of education. Supporting and advising schools in Bridgend County Borough Council to meet the needs for this cohort of children.
By delivering training, advice and support to school staff, the applicant will play a crucial role in facilitating a positive learning environment tailored to the specific needs of these children.
