The Governors of Nantymoel Primary School wish to appoint a highly motivated, creative and inspiring primary school teacher with experience of teaching across the primary sector, to join our friendly, caring and professional team.
We are looking for an outstanding practitioner who is committed to making a difference within our school community and who will demonstrate unwavering commitment to providing the best possible learning opportunities for all our pupils.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent classroom practice and be passionate, ambitious, self-reflective and enthusiastic to contribute to our happy, successful and inclusive school community. They will provide our pupils with inspiring learning experiences that allow them to develop as independent, curious, reflective, cooperative and resilient learners. They will need to display high expectations of achievement, standards and behaviour and be able to work as part of a committed team and be fully supportive of the values and ethos of our inclusive school.
We are seeking to appoint an excellent teacher to take responsibility as an Area of Learning and Experience (AOLE) lead and encourage you to outline your strengths and experiences in your application. We are looking for an ambitious and capable professional with leadership potential, able to contribute significantly to school development. The successful candidate will need to have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and will work alongside the Senior Leadership Team to implement whole school systems, practices and procedures, to support the school’s values and vision.
