We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher to deliver the innovative Skills for Life and Work qualifications and Advanced Skills Baccalaureate Wales, as we transition from the current National/Foundation Skills Challenge Certificate.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our learners’ personal growth, practical skill development, and readiness for future pathways.
This exciting role involves designing engaging, real world learning experiences and guiding our learners through meaningful, self directed study.
You will help our learners develop essential life, work, and higher level integral and embedded skills, including creativity and innovation, critical thinking and problem solving, personal effectiveness, and planning and organising.
Working within a flexible, unitised structure, you’ll nurture independence, resilience, and confidence while supporting progression from Entry Level 1 to Level 3.
