Temporary Teacher - Brynmenyn Primary School
Job description
32.5 hours per week

Temporary - One year

The Governors of Brynmenyn Primary School wish to appoint an outstanding Nursery teacher with enthusiasm, passion and creativity for teaching our youngest pupils.

The appointed teacher will need to:

- Demonstrate excellent classroom practice.

- Have the ability to achieve high standards through high expectations of progress and behaviour.

- Have a strong knowledge and understanding of Curriculum for Wales.

- Create a skills-led learning environment both inside and outside the classroom.

- Be able to, or demonstrate a willingness to, lead an aspect of Curriculum for Wales across the school.

- Have a good knowledge and understanding of additional learning needs including behaviour.

- Have the ability to work collaboratively with staff within their class and as part of the school team.

- Be dedicated to their own professional development and school improvement.

- Be able to make a positive contribution to the wider life of school.

- Display a positive attitude and identify with the values and ethos of the school.
