Teacher of Cymraeg (second language) required as soon as possible (Part time 0.5 contract and temporary until August 31st 2027 in the first instance)

We are looking for an enthusiastic teacher of Cymraeg to join us at this exciting time in our development. If you are interested in joining a department, which can offer you the opportunity of teaching pupils across year groups, and is committed to developing a strong sense of Welsh identity, then this could be the position for you!  

The LLC Cluster works together with colleagues who deliver Cymraeg, English, French and Spanish across all year groups, which adds an interesting and important dimension to learning and teaching in this area. As a learning cluster, not only is there a huge breadth of experience, but also a strong support network exists which will help you to develop as a practitioner.  

If you are someone who:

● Is interested in joining a school where we are always looking to develop to suit the needs of the individual

● has high standards and is able to communicate these to pupils in a supportive and caring manner

● has a passion for learning and teaching, including the use digital technology

● sees the role of a teacher as being a partnership between school and home
