1 hour each day to cover absence as and when required – Term Time (with the possibility of additional hours to cover current staggered lunchtimes)
Ysgol y Ferch o’r Sgêr School is seeking to appoint a Relief Supervisory Assistant to cover absence as and when required during the lunchtime period, between 12:00 and 13:00, Monday to Friday, term time only.
Working as part of a team, the successful candidate will be required to undertake the supervision of the children in all areas of the school, and also supervising and actively engaging pupils in playground games.
The ability to speak some Welsh and/ or experience of working with children would be an advantage but is not a necessity.
Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees. Applicants should note that a criminal records check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) will be necessary for the successful applicant.
