Assistant Headteacher (Pastoral) – Bridge Learning Campus Secondary
Salary: L12-16, Full Time (£67,898 to £75,049)
Bridge Learning Campus is looking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher – Pastoral to make a significant and strategic contribution to our continuing school improvement by removing barriers to school attendance and enabling all pupils to access our high-quality curriculum.

You will lead a team of pastoral leaders and our attendance team to show our pupils how much they matter, to motivate our pupils to contribute more widely to their school community and to enable them to be the best versions of themselves (especially those who find it harder to visualise their best future self).
Key Responsibilities
This is a key leadership role, working closely with staff, families, and external agencies to deliver high-quality support, drive urgent improvement, and ensure outstanding outcomes for all learners. The successful candidate will take a strategic lead on improving attendance and the associated necessary pastoral support. You will have the freedom and opportunity to make brave and bold decisions in the best interests of our pupils.
