We are a large primary school based across two sites and have an exciting opportunity for a caring and skilled practitioner to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant.

We have strong school values which permeate every aspect of school life at Southville and you will join a welcoming, talented and committed staff team who will work together to enable you to thrive.

We have three Reception classes and whilst being based within one of the classes, the successful candidate will work as part of the wider Reception team, contributing to the continuous and enhanced provision and playing a key role in the day to day running of the classroom and outside environment.

We are looking for people who can combine excellent pastoral care with great learning support, preferably with experience of working within the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Job Specification

Role: Learning Support Assistant

Pay Grade: Bristol Grade 7 (Pro-rata)

Contract: Permanent (Term time only)

Start date: As soon as possible after interview

Hours: Full-time: 32.5 hours Monday to Friday (8.30 to 3.30)
