Join Our Federation
Ashley Down Schools Federation is seeking to appoint two enthusiastic, organised and committed HR and Finance Administrators to work across our federation. One post will be based at Ashley Down Primary School and one at Brunel Field Primary School.
Ashley Down Schools Federation comprises two successful local authority maintained primary schools serving approximately 840 pupils and employing around 80 staff. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large and thriving organisation committed to providing excellent education and support for children, families and staff.
These newly created roles are ideally suited to highly effective administrators with excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidates will play a key role in providing administrative, HR, finance and operational support to the wider school teams. Working collaboratively across the federation, the post holders will have the opportunity to build strong professional relationships and provide mutual support across both schools.
Previous experience of working in administration is essential, and experience of HR, finance or school administration would be advantageous. We are committed to providing training and professional development to support the successful candidates in their roles.
