We are looking for committed Animal Collection Assistants to support our Urban Farm Specialist in the daily management of the urban farm, ensuring the welfare of the animals in our care.
Briarwood has a dedicated team of staff, governors and parents/carers who are proud to support 167, rising to 233 in September 2026, children and young people aged 3 to 19 years and are passionate about their progress, happiness and care.
The role supports the daily operation of the school's small-animal farm. You will be expected to provide hands on small-animal and reptile care, maintaining a safe environment for animals and pupils.
Candidates must bring energy, confidence and enthusiasm with a strong passion for animal welfare and care. We will provide a planned induction.
The Posts are casual positions, with hours offered on a casual worker basis, for example weekends and holiday cover for the Urban Farm Specialist, to be agreed in advance.
