The role and what we are looking for
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Principal to join our Academy. The role will focus on leading on behaviour, attitudes, and personal development and the successful candidate will work alongside our Assistant Principal for Inclusion. This is a really exciting time to join our Academy as we continue on our journey to embed and develop our newly implemented academic and pastoral curriculum. The role will involve a teaching responsibility, which is likely to be two days per week.
We need you to build on and innovate our existing trauma informed behaviour and pastoral offer for every child, have experience in building strong relationships with families to boost attainment and attendance, and be committed to helping every child achieve no matter what their starting point.
