Oasis Academy Long Cross is a vibrant, inclusive and ambitious school, and we are looking for a talented and forward-thinking Assistant Principal to join our experienced leadership team. We are a welcoming two-form entry primary school with a thriving Early Years Foundation Stage, a 50-place specialist resource base, onsite health services and a Children’s Centre. The Role
This role offers the opportunity to lead on curriculum development and raising standards, with a particular focus on Reading and Writing (excluding phonics) across the academy. You will work strategically to shape and embed a vibrant, engaging and inclusive curriculum, supporting teachers in bringing it to life in their classrooms.
You will be given 2 days per week release time from class to lead, coach and collaborate with colleagues to drive excellence in teaching and learning.
