Unlock the potential within you as an educator! We are searching for passionate staff to join our vibrant learning community. If you have a zest for inspiring young minds, fostering creativity, and creating a positive impact, we want to hear from you.

The culture we embrace supports all colleagues to find the best version of themselves. We play to strengths and value the diversity that a range of professionals can bring to a team. We understand time is precious and constantly strive to remove barriers to effective teaching. Professional dialogue time, and coaching conversations are key anchors that ground our practice. We believe lesson structures are underpinned by direct instruction, modelling, live marking, and timely, verbal feedback.

At Bridge Learning Campus we are proud to be a rapidly improving, growing school, judged “Good” in all areas by Ofsted in October 2021. We have an all-through campus and empower 3-16 year olds to grow into confident, respectful young adults.

We employ dedicated professionals to drive forward our values: Build, Respect, Inspire, Dare, Graft and Empower. If you are passionate about primary education and committed to an unconditional belief in the potential of all young people, we want to hear from you.
