Cotham School, a successful, vibrant and diverse 11-18 comprehensive school, wishes to appoint an experienced Behaviour and Engagement Specialist.

The Behaviour and Engagement Specialist is a crucial role and the postholder will work closely with year teams and the SLT to support students to make good progress both socially and emotionally as well as academically.
