About us

Amplify Education is a dynamic new multi-academy trust of 22 schools across Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset, formed through the thoughtful and planned merger of TiLA and CST. United by a shared vision, we are a bold voice for Bristol - committed to building belief in every young person, expanding opportunities, nurturing potential, and strengthening citizenship.

We are ambitious, reflective, and collaborative - driven to improve outcomes for young people while working together, learning from one another and continually strengthening our practice. If you are looking to make a real difference within a forward-thinking and supportive Trust, Amplify Education could be the place for you.

The opportunity

We have an opportunity for a Campus Receptionist to join our business team and to run our school reception from 12pm to 4pm, term time only. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to be part of a committed and dynamic team, focused on providing the very best administrative support to Bridge Learning Campus. You would be joining a passionate and talented staff, led by a compassionate and cohesive Senior Leadership Team, dedicated to making a difference.

What we’re looking for:

The successful candidate will work across our receptions in primary and secondary, providing a first-class customer service to our school community. You will need to be a good listener, have exceptional communication skills and remain calm and professional at all times. This is a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but is not essential. Good organisational and communication skills are essential. You must also have a good standard of IT and customer service skills.

We can offer you:

Continuing Professional and Leadership development

Employee assistance programme, offering counselling, support and advice on a wide array of areas

Discounted gym membership, Cycle-to-work scheme, Eyesight test vouchers

Many of our schools are easily accessible using public transport. For staff members who drive, a number of our schools offer free onsite or nearby street parking.

Flexible working fully supported and enhanced family friendly policies

All new staff are automatically enrolled in the Teacher’s Pension or LGPS Avon Pension Fund.

How to apply

We are committed to creating an inclusive working environment. If you are excited about this role and can demonstrate many but not all of the requirements on the job description and/or person specification, we would encourage you to apply as you may just be the person we are looking for.  Please complete and submit the Amplify Education application form via mynewterm to be considered for this role.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview on Friday 6 November 2026

All candidates will be advised of the outcome of their application following the closing date
