Are you looking for a flexible job in a school working on a casual basis that fits in with your family commitments?

We are looking to recruit Exam invigilators to join our existing exams team to support our internal and external exams series.

We offer full training and you will be require to attend regular briefings by the Exams Officer. The role requires you to support the Exam Officer and Lead invigilator in setting up the examination rooms, ensuring correct exam procedures are followed in line with JCQ regulations, to distribute and collect examination papers and monitoring students during the examination period. The role could require you to be a reader or scribe 1:1 for individual students.

If you are hardworking, reliable, enthusiastic and flexible with good verbal communication skills along with an eye for detail we would like to hear from you. This role is to oversee and supervise examinations as necessary throughout the school year and as such our Invigilators are employed on a casual basis, with hours and days of work subject to the timings of each examination. This position will be reporting to the Examinations Officer.

Hourly rate: £12.22 plus holiday pay on hours worked.

Working Pattern:

We require invigilators at various times of the year for internal and external exams. This role is flexible and allows you to work when it is convenient to you.

Session Times - at times there will be flexibility regarding timings dependent on exam needs:

9.00 am - 12.00pm

12.30pm - 4.00pm
