About Us

Amplify Education is a newly formed multi-academy trust of 22 schools in Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset, created through the thoughtful and planned merger of TiLA and CST. A bold voice for Bristol, we build belief in every young person, expand opportunities, nurture potential and strengthen citizenship. If you’re looking for a Trust that is ambitious, reflective and collaborative, Amplify Education could be the perfect place for you.

We invite you to join our team at Victoria Park Primary School.

We are a vibrant, happy and successful school. We are a hard-working team, committed to achieving excellence in our own practice and providing the best possible opportunities for our children. We pride ourselves on our positive relationships between adults and children, our calm learning environment, and our belief in our four school values of Respect, Curiosity, Kindness and Determination.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a creative, dedicated, and flexible EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team from 2nd November 2026, 32.5 hr per week offered on a fixed term basis until the end of the academic year (end of August).

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people across our Reception year group.

At Victoria Park Primary School, as a TA in EYFS, you will play a key role in helping every child get off to a flying start in their education. Following our recent Ofsted inspection, which recognised the strong standard of our Early Years provision, you will join a supportive and collaborative EYFS team committed to providing an inspiring, nurturing and language-rich environment. Through high-quality interactions, purposeful play and adult-led learning, you will support children, including SEND and disadvantaged children’s communication and language development, independence and love of learning. You will adapt support to meet individual needs, contribute to assessment and planning, build strong relationships with families, and maintain high expectations so that every child can thrive and be well prepared for the next stage of their education.

We seek someone who is creative, resilient, flexible and positive, with a good understanding of how children learn. You must be able to form strong relationships, support inclusion and safeguarding, and lead small group activities. Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.

We offer high-quality training for the role and there are also opportunities for career progression, including through wider apprenticeship training..
