We are looking for a well organised and enthusiastic HR Officer to play a key role in the provision of a comprehensive and professional HR service at St Mary Redcliffe & Temple School.
The successful candidate will be resilient, resourceful, and understand the need for confidentiality. We are looking for an HR professional with excellent attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
The role will include delivering effective and efficient HR administration, providing accurate and timely advice to colleagues, and supporting the School Business Manager.
The post is full time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This role will be based on site at the school.
This post is graded Bristol Grade 9 (BG), term time only, including 5 INSET days, plus 3 additional weeks to be worked across school holiday periods. The salary for this job will start at point 17 of the BG9 range, i.e. £32,061 (£29,883 pro rata). We may be able to offer some flexibility, to be discussed at interview.
