Salary: BG04 SCP02 - SCP03 £24,413 - £24,796 per annum pro-rata
Contract: Permanent contract
10 hours per week, over 5 days
11.45am – 1.45pm each day at both sites as directed
Term-time only plus 5 INSET days
Our vibrant, multicultural school is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Lunchtime Assistant to join our expanding team as soon as possible.
Cotham Gardens Primary School is a large, happy and vibrant 2-form entry primary school within a wonderfully diverse community. We are split over two sites and based within the Cotham area of Bristol city centre
The job involves:
- supervising pupils in the dining hall / classroom and playground;
- support SEN children on a 1:1 basis;
- first aid and keeping on top of our lost property!
If you are a positive person who is willing to help children manage their friendships, feelings and games then this is the job for you. We need someone who is patient, positive and prepared to go the extra mile to make lunchtimes fun for everyone.
The ideal candidate will have experience of raising the aspirations and confidence of children with emotional, social and behavioural difficulties, and experience of working as part of a supportive team.
