About Us
Cathedral Schools Trust (CST) is a family of schools committed to inspiring learning both in and beyond the classroom. With a strong focus on music and the creative arts, we support every student and staff member in reaching their full potential. If you’re looking for a Trust that values creativity, growth, and meaningful learning, CST could be the perfect place for you.
We invite you to join our team at Henleaze Junior School, where we pride ourselves on being a welcoming and supportive place to work. Our nurturing ethos begins with the child’s very first experiences of school, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported to reach their potential. We are highly committed to inclusion and ambitious for all children. We are set in a spacious, green site in the heart of our local community with easy access to the city centre, offering a range of enrichment opportunities to support our broad curriculum.
We benefit from being a campus with separate Infant and Junior Schools, allowing staff to develop phase specialisms, with opportunities for working across the whole Primary age range. To enable you to reach your full potential, a wide range of continuing professional leadership development opportunities will be available to you in addition to the regular, planned collaboration with colleagues within our Trust family.
As part of our dedicated, forward-thinking team, you’ll play a vital role in guiding children through their early education, supporting curiosity, confidence, and developing a love of learning.
Positive relationships are central to our ethos, so we encourage you to visit us to find out more.
