Permanent, 37 hours per week, term time plus 4 additional weeks in the holidays (43 weeks)

Salary: G12 – from £40,221 actual salary £38,259

Cotham School, a successful, vibrant and diverse 11-18 comprehensive school, wishes to appoint an experienced Heads Personal Assistant and Office Manager to start as soon as possible.

The successful applicant will have the necessary knowledge, skills and vision to support the Senior Leadership Team and manage the School’s administrative function to ensure that the services are effective, whilst providing efficient secretarial and administrative support to the Headteacher and rest of the SLT. Applicants must have significant experience in performing all aspects of administration (and working as a PA) at a senior level. Experience of using Management Information Systems with good knowledge of GDPR is required. Knowledge of SIMS which is a school Management Information System would be highly advantageous but full training will be given. The school uses the full range of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Gmail/Google Docs.
